Thinking about trying NROLFW. Unsure of what weights to use though? Right now my options are limited! I have a set of 10 pounds, a set of 15 pounds, *maybe* a set of 20 pounds, and a single 15/20/25 pound kettlebell. Is that enough to get started? Would I need the gym? Help?

Hi, when I did it i had to have a gym membership. ( I used the gym for stronglifts also ) I just don't have room in my tiny home to get the equipment needed so go to the gym.
I was working with a trainer while doing nrol and I can remember definitely using heavier weights then you mentioned. Do you have space in your home for plates and a bar ? ( if your in the USA check your local newspaper or craigslist because you can find used equipment cheap , if new isn't an option)

I have a few plates (awful ones) and a bar. I hate the gym and the only one that isn't at least a 20 minute drive from me has a terrible weight section anyway. Phooey.
