Amazing with cottage cheese.

6 egg whites 1 c oatmeal 1 c low-fat cottage cheese 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla Blend in blender until smooth. 1/4 cup servings. Cook just as you would normal pancakes. Healthy and yummy. Top with fruit. The pancakes themselves are about 65 calories a piece .

I feel that if you keep them as a just in case you are more likely to gain the weight back. I get rid of mine, because I know I will never gain that weight back.

If you figure out what you are going to eat the day before it makes it easier. Also if you figure out a schedule for eating your food during the day it will help you get all of your meals.
