  • since ive started to try and loose my weight I weighed every sunday morning. and lost. then my weight loss has slowed and I started weigh in wednesdays I guess I feel this keeps me more on track and if ive gianed some from sunday to wednesday then I can do something different.
  • I feel like I have to do this, at least once a week for myself (which maybe why ill loose then gain it back) idk,,,im fine through the work week, but then the weekend comes and I feel like I have to reward myself. does everyone just count with MFP? if not what other ways are there?

  • I did have a hundred to loose when I started a couple years ago. Im on my last 30 now, and doing the yo-yo dance with it!! I recently started mfp, it does seem to keep me on track better if I could only get motivated to excercise and portion control! Idk how to add friends or anything on here. so feel free to add me.
