Haha I'm the total opposite of you! My pole studio has a lot of 'sexy' work ~ so my pole dancing has a very definite sensual and sexual appeal, and I love it! :D

Ooh yay :) Finally found some other polers here ^__^ I adore pole dancing, and I love the challenge that comes with it - i.e. using all your muscles while still smiling and trying to make hanging off the pole with just your hands or one leg look effortless and not at all scary! ;D

This :)

So few Singaporeans here! :D ^^
-
Yay victory dance! *wiggles bum* XD Something like that ~ haha

This! :) But if you're sure, put it on your hip area. I have one there and have managed to hide it from my family for more than a year already. No one has a clue ^^

I eat a slice of bread with ham or peanut butter ^^

Well, it's heteronormativity plus feminine lesbians just not "looking lesbian" (ugh stereotypes!). Sometimes, even after saying "my girlfriend" multiple times, people still don't get it until I go "my girlfriend ... as in, my girlfriend, like a boyfriend, only a woman." Lol!

Yay ^_____^ from someone who had lots of ice cream on Friday, 1.5 bottles of wine on Sat, and ate properly and under calorie limit on Sunday ;)
-
Haha ;) 1. I eat quite systematically, always ending my meal with the thing I like best on the plate. I.e. if I'm having seafood pasta, the last thing I eat for that course will be probably squid. 2. If I find something I like to eat, I can eat it every single day for up to a month ^^;; 3. I sometimes space out when I'm…

Bump!

I would use them in a seafood stew *_* Get some (low-sodium) canned tomatoes with the juice, bring to the boil, add in some water, some white wine (if you wish), salt, pepper, basil, oregano. Throw in your (defrosted) calamri, as well as some fish, prawns, whatever ~ bring to the boil again, then let simmer for about 20…

My gf's happy because she kinda likes smaller boobs. Lol! I'm the one who's unhappy that the girls are a little smaller ~

Hullo ^_^ Not in the UK, but I'm (turning) 26, 5'4" CW 145 GW ~135 :D

I use ON 100% Gold Standard for my post-workout protein boost and I love it! ^_^

No worries :) I understand. I don't like it, but I get it *grins* I would just tell you to take it easy with the weight-loss, and focus on the getting fit/healthy (if you're not already lol). You are already in a good weight for your height, though it may be more than you want, so your weight loss will probably not come…

To add on, I'll just say that here in Singapore at least, the top limit for a healthy BMI has been revised downwards to 23. That means my current BMI of 24.5 is *still* considered overweight where I live.
-
Like the previous poster, you have a healthy BMI. *But* as a fellow Asian, I can totally understand where you're coming from with regard to being considered "fat" even when you're at a perfectly normal weight for your height. Where are you from? :)

I LOVE your lip colour in the newer picture!! *___* ETA: Also, you look awesome, obviously ;)

I lol-ed hard ;) Thanks for sharing!

Lovely story <3 And so glad that you're happy now!

This :) I did a major clean-up of my fb friendslist a couple of years back, and most of the people didn't even realise I had deleted them. So I figure that's alright :) If I feel obliged to, then I will accept their friend request, and delete them later. With colleagues from work, I straight-up tell them I will not add…
-
Yay :D I love that you wore it anyway ;)
-
Looks awesome!! :D

I know exactly how you feel :) I pinpoint areas of myself I dislike more often than I ever used to. I think xabcdefgeee got it right ~ "It might be because you worked so hard to look and feel the way you do so you are more conscious about how you appears to others?"
-
Hmm, I don't remember taking quite that long. I think I took about an hour for the Stage 1 workouts? :) Are you new to lifting? If so, it might be because you just need the extra time to get used to the movements. I took longer at the beginning too ~ If you're worried you're getting the reps wrong, why don't you elaborate…

I just started classes 2 weeks ago and it's SO HARD! It's very fun though because the instructor is really sweet and encouraging while we all cling on desperately for dear life sliding down the pole (without intending to) XD I can really feel the work in my arms and core after an hour's class. I hope I'll see improvements…
