I fell off the wagon so hard I broke all my limbs and now have to eat out of a straw. Trying to get back on track and it seems to me like the more time I spend on here the more I stay on track! Seems kinda illogical?? The more I sit on the computer? The more I lose?? Well it works for me and I'm gonna be back!

I'm going through a bad week right now ;( I was afraid my period would de-rail me and it did. Also I signed up for the No weigh November so not having the scale may be affecting my motivation/accountability. Thinking of dropping out of the challenge. Any tips right now!!??

I went to a seminar recently on how to take care of your brain and he suggested sipping room temperature water to avoid more bathroom breaks. I haven't gotten the chance to look into why sipping warm water wouldn't make you pee as much but I'm going to now that I've started work again!

I never wear pants when I weigh myself. LOL TMI or not enough? But different scales will tell you a different story! I think I lost so much because I just started. The first 5 or 10 pounds always fall off me when I put my mind to it. I joined a bootcamp class at one point and the trainer was on the heavier side. I thought the same thing as most of you but I found out a few classes in that she had lost 75 pounds and was still working on the rest.
