I weigh 203 and would really like to see 199 by the end of April. I'm going to kick my own butt with at least one strength/core workout a week so I can be ready for boot camp in 3 weeks. Along with my regular cardio workouts. Eat more veggies. Only 1 cup of coffee a day. Try to get more sleep. Try yoga.

I'm going to try to keep ti to 3 or 4 drinks, going to the gym this morning to earn them. :-) My anniversary of my weight loss in Jan. 2 and don't want to mess that up by going overboard tonight, would even like to the numbers go down a bit more by then.

Introduced to the foam roller by a personal trainer several months ago and now I use it just about every day. I carry a lot of stress in my back and the roller really relieves it. Plus when your muscles are really sore from a hard workout, it hurts so good.

I'm not on the oatmeal diet, but I eat it for breakfast at least 5 days a week. I like it because it because it's filling and stays with you. You just have to change it up, I prepare it most of the time 2 and 3 days ahead, put in the fridge and microwave it in the morning. I put various things in it, greek yogurt, fresh or…
