Love the title :) It's upsetting to see people take advantage of something everyone else works to pay for. This rings especially true when they do this at facilities like the YMCA that make very little and put so much back into the community.

I'm in love with "Green Tea Fat Burner" liquid soft-gels. They are fairly inexpensive ($10.00 for 90). I think the bottle says to take four a day but I find myself more than happy with just one. It gives me the boost I need for my workouts and really helps with my insane appetite!

I'm definitely finding that ridding my life of a few insanely toxic people is making my weight loss that much easier and more enjoyable! The ones you can't kick on the other hand - just smile and ignore them. It drives them crazy!

It takes a really low and disgusting person to be able to make fun of someone who is bettering themselves. Go you for standing up for yourself! I hope I have the same courage if I ever find myself in a similar situation.
