Bump Anyone?

Do it yourself. If your true to yourself with your calories and workouts you can do it. May i suggest the 30DS? Its almost a guven youll drop a size or two throughout even if that scale doesnt move much. I only lost 3lbs doing it but lost 4 inches each from my hips, waist, & bust & dropped a size.

If your eating at a deficit you cant gain muscle. Good job on the inches you lost so far though!!! Heavy lifting will get you to your goals. I know its fustrating when the scale doesnt move, but if your measurements are changing & your cloths are fitting better than what your doing it working. Keep at it & eventually the…

Yes & no. The inital lose is mostly water weight. My first week i lost 10lbs. It happens fast when you make a full 360. I used to drink 6cups of soda a day. So at first its okay... But if it continues at that rate for to long it could be harmful. Most likely it will slow on its own tho. If not try uping your calories ? I…

I dont really have a problem with carbs that I know of. No insulin issues. Im not much of a fast food eater. I wont lie i love my sweets but most of my carbs would come from greek yogurt, fruit, and whole wheat bread.

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/time4changexx That is the link to my blog about my experiance including photos. I only lost 7lbs but 19inches. It was my only form of excersize and I ate like crap. I am now doing it again (on L1D5) while watching my food intake. I was 222lbs when I started. Its tough but doable and worth…

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/time4changexx There is a blog of my results. I didnt lose much weight but lost about 19in all over. I pretty much ate like crap throughout though. I am now doing the 30DS a second time with heavier weights & keeping my eating in line. Feel free to add me anyone!

I agree with calorie dense foods. 2tbsp of peanut butter alone is around 200cals. 2tbsp of olive oil to cook in is 240.

A fitbit is meant to be work all day, including during sleep depending on the model. They would be the most acurate but even then their is a margin of error.

I have to give myself a talk from time to time. The reality is I will never be happy at the weight I am now (215). If I stopped today I would just have to lose it at some point. Why not lose it now rather than wait 5 or 10 years that I could enjoy being fit and healthy? I am not going to wake up one day and magically be…

Ill volunteer & im pretty organized. Im not overly familiar with the show but i think teams of 2 maybe 10 teams max? I guess if your interest friend me and add info about your excersize weight goals and diet so i can try to pair people up? Then each week ill make a chart of the progress and send it to everyone?

Try 5's the first day. If you have to stop during every move the next day bump it down to 3's. If you can do everything then bump it up. I use different weights depending on the particular move. Use the heaviest ones you can that your still able to do it 100%.
-
Yes each level is supposed to be done 10 times. I did it 15 times for a few reasons. 1.) It was really tough for me 2.) I wanted to do the full blown moves not just the modified versions before i move on 3.) I have exersize induced asthma so i try to give my body the time it needs before throwing something more intense at…

Your body uses carbs as its main (not only) source of energy. When you eat less carbs your body starts to burn fat for energry. Also keeping your carbs low throughout the day reduces insulin spikes and insulin spikes keep your body from losing weight. This is why with diets like atkins people lose so much weight to start.…

Ill be doing my 5th day of Level 2 tonight. I love it. I did level 1 for 15 days and lost 5lbs/9inches. I used 3 & 5 lbs weights. It was hard at first but got easier. Now on Level 2 my body feels like jello all over again- i just stay on the floor for a good 5 minutes when im done haha. My best advice is just keep moving.…

I have a 2 1/2 year old & workout when he goes to sleep. I get him involved while he's awake to do all the things I used to after he went to sleep. Cleaning, dishes, setting out cloths, etc. I give him little things to do so he feels like he's helping. So when 8 rolls around there's absolutely nothing else I "have" to do.…

Did day 7 today. Was able to do the entire strength portions without stopping even bumped up the weights for the dumbbell row and chest flys. Managed to do all cardio except jump rope- which I seriously just hate!

Don't worry about it. If you have x amount of calories to eat a day and your still hungry eat darnit! If you have more calories to eat to hit that magic number but your full don't eat!!! Simple. If your stomach is growling and your doubled over with hunger pains I think what you should do. You would know if you are…

Just finished level 1 day 6 and it still kicks my *kitten*. I can never seem to complete the last section of abs- not because of my abs but because by then my legs are screming and I can barely keep then up to do those bicycles. Am I the only one?

I'm on 5/10. Ill move on when I no longer struggle probably between 10-15 days. It is getting easier but I'm still not as much as I'd like it to be.
-
Hi all ! I'm currently on day 5 level 1. I try to do it everyday, sometimes twice a day. This is my first time doing it. I think I might take longer than the 10 days- I want to make sure I feel comfortable instead if struggling before I move on. Feel free to friend me!

So far so good. Today was my weigh in lost 1.7 for a total 14.7 so far. My second mini goal is to lose 25lbs which I'm hoping to meet by the new year. Doing the 30DS now.

I weigh in twice a day: when I first wake up and when I go to sleep. I record the average as my progress on mfp every Sunday. This helps me determine what makes my weight fluctuate most. I record each day on a calendar , purple for all time low, green if its better than the previous day, red if it went up. Foods, good lean…
