I lift 6 days a week alternating upper and lower body and 30 Mins of cardio on top. 10 Minute warm up before and 5 min cool down.

I agree new fitness clothes or even shoes can be motivating!

I agree, every woman will have different reactions to it. I would talk with your dr. You might have to try a few to see which one you like that doesn't affect your weight.
