Hello everyone!!
I have never used this so bare with me. I have been stuck on this weightloss plateau for almost a week now. My calorie intake is roughly 1500 net would be 800ish. I workout 6 days a week alternating my upper and lower body when I lift weights and I do 30 mins cardio intervals every day (elliptical) as well as abs. I have increased my cardio difficulty seems like every week just so my body doesn't get used to it. I also push myself during the intensity of the interval and "take a break" when the intensity is low. I am not really sure what I am doing wrong or what is going on. Any advice is helpful. I do switch up my weight lifting activities and lift for about an hour before I do cardio.

Open your diary?...
Off the top it seems you are netting too low on calories. Have you figured out your TDEE?0 -
Your daily intake seems low.
Stalling for a week is not a plateau really, lots of people only weigh once a week. Probably water weight, check this link out.

1 week is not a plateau.
If your daily net is 800 then you are eating too little. You should at least be eating a NET of 1200. At least.0 -
Thanks everyone!!!

You may not be giving your body enough calories (net) to burn.
If your not taking body measures then this might be a good way to gauge your progress as there are several factors that affect body weight changes.0 -
1 week =/= plateau0
