Normally.. This is when I have classes. It changes depending on classes. Breakfast: Egg white omlette and 2 rice cakes w/ peanut butter, and apple. Green tea. Lunch: Greek 0% strawberry yogurt mixed with nuts (and sometimes granola) Pre workout: Banana Post Workout: Whey protein and vitamins Dinner: Vegetables and meat
