I am a recovering addict, so sugar is my new drug. Over the past 2months of journaling, it has helped me tremendously! I have lost 15lbs and i know a lot of it is because of eliminating sugar. I do eat sugar, I will deprive myself and then binge, so I eat small doses. Just to give u a background, I could eat a dozen donuts…

My daughter, how can I keep telling her to eat better when I am not? I notice when I stick to this it brings up questions from her and she wants to try different foods I am eating, she's 15, I want her to be conscience of what she eats and know calories and stuff, not putting her on a diet! I drink about 2 a day, I read so much stuff about what is in it. I think if you like it, you should just cut down. going cold turkey all at once makes a fat girl crazy LOL...thats just for me!
