Mine says 165 as well and I weigh 158...wohoo!!! I can't believe they make you put weight on a drivers license knowing you'll lie anyways.

I just finished week two, and while it's tough, I love it! I was running long distances, so was in shape and that definitely helped, but this is still a killer. I was so sore the first week. If I get tired, I take a five second break and then get right back into it. I can now get through the entire warm up in each video…

Without looking at your diary, it's most likely water weight....it would be nearly impossible to gain 3 lbs in less than a week. You would have to have eaten around 10,800 calories more than normal and not done any more exercise than normal. Your weight will fluctuate up and down....mine has gone up to a five pound…

I'm on week 2...I love it! It's hard, but I've already lost 2 lbs, and broken my 4 month plateau. I've got one other person on my friends list on the same week as me, and it's so motivating to see her doing the same workouts every day. Good luck to everyone!

Seeing pictures of what I used to look like....this keeps me motivated that I'm doing what's right for me. So what that I've been at the same weight for a few months, or I've only lost a pound in a month...that's better than going back to what I used to be.

I'm starting Insanity today too!! I've been running and training for races, but I've been stuck at a plateau for a while, and need to get over it, so I'm trying something new. I'm so excited!

It's probably water weight, because to gain 4 lbs of fat in a week you would have to eat over 12,000 more calories in that time....don't stress. My weight over one week has fluctuated up to 8 pounds due to water weight and depending on what point you are in your cycle.

fats and oils an average American eats in a year and a guinea pig :).......the fats and oils thing kind of grosses me out...that's a lot!!

I'm 5'8 and my goal weight was 140. I'm 158 right now, and I don't know how much smaller I'm going to get, so I'm going to adjust my goal. It all depends on when you're losing how you look and feel when you get to a certain weight. Every person is different.

I'm still 20 pounds from my ultimate goal weight, but only 5 pounds from my first goal weight, and mine is new clothes, which will be here in a few days, a trip to Vegas in which I am going to dress up and for once feel sexy :), and ultimately a tattoo. Tattoos seem to be a thing here...hmm....

I am on a low cal, low sugar eating healthy plan and I am training for a half marathon, so I run 5 days a week. It has been a little rough sometimes, but I just take a deep breath and take a moment to focus on my goals and think positive....I will have children! That's what you have to keep telling yourself!!

I work a very early morning shift right now for the holidays (1am-9am) and I just log mine on my phone on breaks, or just at the end of the day. Just whenever you can. But as of late, a lot of my meals have been the same, so using the favorite meal section has been really helpful as well.

My goal is 1230/day and I exercise pretty much every day. My diary is open, and most days I eat healthy, some days I don't, but I still can stay within my goals, and I'm not hungry in between meals. It really depends on the person and what works for you. Every person is different, just find out what works for you.

I too am with you ladies!! I have lost 50 pounds total now, and am at the high end of the healthy weight category of my weight class, but want to be in the middle before I conceive. Hubby and I have had conception issues and it was blamed on my weight, but now that should not be an issue. Good luck to us all!!
