Don't get discouraged, you might be holding water weight.

I weigh myself once a week in the morning. I think this is all you need to do, once a day sounds reasonable too but anything more than that seems obsessive and unnecessary.

I started my day with: 2 slices of Food For Life, 7 sprouted grains bread (toasted) 1 tablespoon of Almond butter (fresh from WholeFoodsMarket) 10 mashed blackberries

I love bananas but I don't eat them often anymore. Bananas have too much sugar and you can find potassium in other sources.
