Love handles are tough to loose. I do squats, backwards lunges, side lunges and cross back lunges all with 10lb dumbbells. As far as belly fat goes, I use this equation: 30% gym/workout + 70% kitchen/food= 100% success. No matter how much you workout, if you are not eating the proper nutrients for your body, you will not see results like you want. Take baby steps and over time you will have refined your routine to be successful for you. Every body is different, you have to do what will work best for you. I hope this helps. Good luck on your journey :)

    Nothing is called spot reducing.

Eat at calorie deficit and lose your body fats, by time your love handles will be gone.

Your body will change as you lose weight. Don't get fixated on a single body part. Let your body change over time until it gets healthy. Do exercise that also works your core... don't just focus on the single body part or you may get frustrated over the lack of progress in one area and forget the progress you are making toward a healthier you.
