5'.75" and I want to be around 105-110, That's smaller than I've been but I think for my height and build it would be best.

Staying closer to 100g of carbs per day and tracking your sugar intake will help you. Seriously the carbs make a difference!

I do too. Once in high school, we were required to run a mile once a week, I told my coach I would rather lunge a mile than run it. She thought I was just being a smart a** and told me to do it, and I did. She was in complete awe that I could hate running that much. I really want to try this now because of everyones input!

The HCG is a hormone pregnant women produce that allow them to access fat store to use as enery. When you are not pregnant you no longer have that access and with a diet this low in calories it would be dangerous because you would be burning muscle rather than fat. If monitored closely HCG is effective and safe.

WhenI went to the doctor awhile back to talk about my weight I told him I had been eating alot of fruits and veggies an wasn't sure why I wasn't losing. He told me that fruit has alot of sugar and that it does count! He actually told me not to eat fruits too often and try to eat more protein.

I have to say, I'm not good at dieting at all and I don't know too much about it but %50 of your diet coming from carbs is ALOT. Carbs turn into sugar in tha body and so I just htink of it that way. I have always struggled with slow weight loss but I decided to cut my carb count to right around 75g a day and suger to 24g a day. If that is too extreme for you if you could cut carbs down to 150g or 100g, I would bet money it…
