I hated the moment I realized finding jeans in my size in store would be like a scavenger hunt.... Luckily my shirts are on the lower side of big so I can find those no problem. It's frustrating but let it motivate you!

@ELBriano You exercise barefoot? I decided exercising barefoot is not for me, not only because of my concern about wider feet, but also because it turns out my arches DO hurt (quite a bit) when I exercise barefoot. After about 3 or 4 days of exercising without shoes my feet hurt all the time. My feet (especially the…

@ATT949 Thanks for the response. I'll have to read that book or find more about it somewhere. Do you where wide width shoes, narrow, or regular ?

Thank you all for the replies! I tried it. My feet hurt a little, but it was bearable. I have an arch that's not like, super high, but it isn't low either. Kind of in the middle. I am "pigeon-toed" so my outer ankle and part of my calf hurt pretty bad when I walk. This is made worse when wearing shoes. So I was just making…

My school is the same way. We are definitely known for our attractive student body. I don't ever workout in our gym (which they advertise as free to the students, though I know I pay for it, haha). I workout at home using dvds and such (I am a commuter).

I don't look THAT big. Or telling myself "you'll never get to your goal."

Biology with a predent advisory track.

I'm going through the same thing. I get injured or sick every time I get at a place where I'm like consistently committed to it, and as a result fall off for several weeks.

My son is 5, and now works out with me when I do (he loves anything to do with gaining muscles and working out), but during past weight loss attempts when he was younger I either gave him to someone else in my family that lives in the house or put him down for a nap. If he didn't nap, and there was nothing wrong with him…

120 - 125 lbs (I'm 5'2) About 12 lbs (weighing in and updating later this morning) A lot. lol 185 -190 I try not to look at the overall loss to go, and just break it down into smaller numbers.
-
Wow, you look amazing! Congrats on your success so far!

I'm 5'2, currently 308 (started at 322), and my ultimate goal weight is around 120.

I'm 5'2, 308 lbs, and I wear a 24 in jeans. I wear a xl-2x in shirts depending on how they're made (most of my shirts are 1x). I even have a couple of larges. I don't really have much going on in the boob area... I wear these sized shirts to accommodate my belly, haha.

I overestimate my calories on purpose to prevent this (when I'm eating something I didn't receive a label with). I write down what I eat, rather than putting it on a site, its more accessible for me when I don't feel like getting to my computer; and I am more honest with myself about it when I write it down.

If this is truly going to be put into effect in the near future, I better get my butt in gear! But with most of america being overweight, they may have a labor shortage... haha...

congrats!
