Just break up.

I typically make my breakfast sandwich (3 fried eggs and 1 slice of cheese on lightly buttered toast) before work and eat it when I get there, about 25-30 minutes later.

Additionally, if you've just started exercising - or changing your exercise program/routine - yeah, you're likely holding on to some extra water weight, which will largely go away in a few weeks.

Yeah, this. One might be tempted to say, "bathing suit." Oh, you're going to the Rocky Mountains up in Canada in January?OK, bathing suit might still be applicable, if you're planning on staying inside by a heated pool the entire time. But probably not.

:D All good.

Dammit, beat me to it.

SL has you doing squats every session, so your quads are getting hit twice a week, if you do it 2x a week.

Or it's a (not that subtle) hint that she should have this looked at before trying to exercise.

If I understand this correctly, that would mean that side effects (or at least fatalities, in this case) are - essentially - overreported?

Yeah - but it's almost definitely inaccurate, too. IOW: ignore the readings completely.

Me, too*. In that same household, we had 3 other cats that liked broccoli* - one ate just the florets, one ate just the stems, and one ate the entire thing. That cat that liked fries? Just looked at the other cats like they were crazy for eating broccoli. Oh, and the cat** that ate the entire piece of broccoli? Loved Salt…

"About" being the key word here. If you maintain weight at - just for instance - 2000 Calories, but change whatever macro(s) you wish, but eat 1900 Calories - which would be "about" the same Caloric intake, you'll lose weight.

Oy. Now I want rum. Oh, wait. That's nothing new.

Serious question, Gale. You keep stating that you, in some fashion, have a "terminal degree in a medical field." What, exactly, is your degree? And in what field? What do/did you practice?

Here, from page 1 of this thread - your words: So, who said it was your roommate? You did. Just in different wording.

Have you made any changes - any at all - recently?

Worst diet soda I've ever had. I've tried the black cherry and the cream. Ugh...

You want us all cocked by 8AM?

This reminds me of far too many of my EE courses. :'(

Lindt truffles. Limit yourself to 1 or 2. Works for me, anyway. eta: I'm a guy, so I don't have to deal with TOM. YMMV

My mind did not go there until this. Well done.

And opening up to the possibility that they might be incorrect.

It's because this whole thing is in the "Things That Never Happened" file.

I used to always train in the mornings. I was able to get it in 1) before anything got in the way the rest of the day; 2) before I got tired from work; and 3) when the gym was less crowded, so it was easier to get on the equipment. It also allowed me to shower before going to work. However, I've since changed gyms to one…

It's not really all that low, given OP's weight of 110 lb. 40 g is 0.36 g/lb, which is a fairly standard recommendation as a minimum. Additionally, he suggested that was a bit much on the carb end, so he could eat more fats.

11% alcohol? No, I'm not serious, just in case anyone was wondering.

If I'm going to spoil a dry fast, it's with rum.
