Cream and - depending on the size - 2 or 3 Splendas. Have you tried with Sweet-n-Low or Equal? They may not have that effect on you like Splenda does.
-
No - what was wrong was that picture you posted in the ghr thread.

Raisins in my carrot cake? No thanks. Nuts? I usually detest them in cakes/brownies - but in carrot cake is fine. Just not too many of them.

Legit just pasted my monitor with lunch. Thanks.

As for the sodium, it shows 2.5g of salt (suolaa) in the McVegan. That translates to ~969 mg of sodium. And the BK one has more protein (22g vs 19 g) than the McD one, and has fewer Cals, so I'd go with the BK.

Liver smells disgusting while cooking. Cooking at a local diner when I was younger made it so I never tried liver until last year. It's actually pretty good, if cooked properly. And with onions.
-
Ouzo.

Been done. As good as it sounds. That said, I still prefer keeping them separate.

No, by all means stay. Perhaps you can learn something true - what you "learned" in school is nonsense.

How do I not hate running? Easy - I don't run. For my cardio, I walk, cycle, or row.
-
You can ban yourself, too. Or, just send them my way.
-
Ban yourself. Carrot cake is the greatest invention ever. Rum is a close 2nd.
-
Maybe contact the company and ask for the nutritional info?
-
Skin flute? Still probably a bit high. And for an hour? Ouch.
-
In that case, yes. Yes, you should. You should put it on repeat until your ears bleed. Of course, that may only take 1 listening, but still...
-
No. HRMs are not designed for this - they're designed for steady-state cardio.
-
It didn't - not really. It really sounds as though the women were attracted to strong looking bodies. In this case - per the above - looks and strength were correlated. So it seems doubtful that they really cared about the actual numbers.

Biggest thing is to check the rules of the fed you're competing in - especially for bench. Many require feet to be completely flat and your head to remain on the bench. Others, it doesn't matter - as long as your feet are touching the floor, you're good. Also - as has been mentioned - verify if you can bring your own bench…
-
In that case, you should be all over the bench while he's doing his set. Maybe even spot him like so:

After a little research, it appears ~3/4 was solo stuff, with the remaining ~1/4 the whole band.
-
Resistance bands + a hook or two on either the ceiling or near the top of the wall. Back when I did it, I didn't have room for a pullup bar in my basement, so that's what I did.
-
No, you're not. And, just to be pedantic, it's not really ELP - just Greg Lake. It was marketed as ELP, though. IIRC, all of the stuff on the two "Works" albums were actually solo efforts combined under the ELP umbrella.

LOL at the one standing on the other's head.
