Oh, and I'm not squeamish, but I generally prefer if people wipe benches after using them - just to be on the safe side. If I get on one that's particularly dirty (whether it's chalk dust, sweat, or whatever) I'll wipe it down beforehand, but not if there's nothing obvious.

I thought you lifted at home?

Not sure. Maybe ~20%? Higher than I'd really like, but not so high I'm terribly worried about doing something about it. And my doctor isn't worried about it.

Salt, garlic pepper, cheese, buttered toast, and more eggs.

You love outright lies? OK, then.

That is/was my thinking, but the nih link seems to refute that. I didn't read all of it, but it seemed to show that even though (some) people consumed extra Calories - by way of alcohol consumption - they weren't actually any heavier/fatter than those who didn't drink, but had the same number of non-alcoholic Calories. Or…

He's using it in the mathematical sense, as in y is a function of x in the equation y=x+3. For every x, there is only one y.

If you're really about 20% BF, you'd be better off cutting further down to sub 15%, then bulking slowly. At 20%, you'll likely put on more fat than muscle.

Literally every post I've seen from you has been complete and utter nonsense. Please stop.

This part here makes it obvious that your nutritionist and trainer literally have no: 1) formal education in their respective fields; 2) clue as to what they're talking about.

Wooed for the bolded, just so you know.

Theoretically, the machine would be more accurate, as it would have an algorithm to determine how much work you did to accomplish that distance/incline in that time. That said, the distances are different. So, the machine may need some maintenance, if your watch is correct in the distance. Or, your watch didn't accurately…

Well, yeah. Rum makes (almost) everything better.

3/10, and: Well, one could, but I wouldn't advise it.

I usually have a woman spot me on bench on Thursdays - she's a fellow competitive powerlifter. She tells me when things look different/weird/something. I listen to her, as she's shown she knows what she's talking about. Conversely, I ignore a couple of the guys at the gym, as they've shown themselves to be completely…

Right out of the vat? They're pretty good, but not great. Other than that? They're OK, at best.

I'm on week 10 without a deload. Bench and deadlift are going fine, although squat has sucked the past two weeks. I'm just getting to a peak/taper before a PL meet. After the meet, I'll probably deload after every 9 weeks, as that seemed to work well for me a few months back. My deloads will probably be just doing my…

Haiku time. Earth's flat, I am sure. How would I conclude this fact? Websites told me so.

In other words: no, you can't name a human culture that doesn't share food in times of celebration.
