  • Well put. I can't not like a post that is revolved around poop! Thanks for the advice. I personally never considered a cleanse before until I watched "Hungry For Change". It posed a pretty believable argument for them. But, now I am second guessing it. Thanks again.

  • Thats def part of my problem to if I drink too much with my friends...always somehow end up at del taco (never tastes good sober) then always need something fatty and carby to soak it up the next day....I def think moderation is key!

  • Wow thats awesome. I dont think that pounds really matter that much, its def about how you look and about the inches. have you tried any other at home programs like gillian micheals or HITT? Is this Insanity program really any different?

  • Does the protein powder work for you and when do you use it? I was thinking about adding it into my regiment but noticed how high a fat content it had. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad to give me some energy before a workout? Is there a specific kind you like? They don't seem to appetizing :/
  • Wow thats awesome! I think you have touched on something that I need to focus on. Its important to remember those little milestones. Instead of trying to compare myself (or keep up with) the fitness goddess on these dvds I need to compare myself to me, a week ago, a month ago. Thanks for the encouragement:)

  • Just tried it...wow this kicks jillian micheals. I like it alot more. Only could get through three of the exercises after the intro. Im dead right now. Way harder than my elliptical work out. It works better with my weak shoulder. Great suggestion. Thanks. Do you have anymore good ones?

  • Wow Thanks so much everyone for all the positive messages and support. I was feeling really down. I'm going to do the other half of the routine now. I really appreciate the community here. I think that's what has been missing from my other (failed) attempts at getting healthy and losing weight.

  • No I was doing a yoga explosion one. Do you like the 30 day shred? has it worked for you? Good idea about looser clothes. I think my dogs getting in my face wasn't helping either :/
