Our sweet old dog, Schooner, is my face here on this thread. He passed away a year ago and I still miss him. We hope to find a new pup when we can. Keeping my fingers crossed that we will find the right pup next spring. 🤞🏻

The development of vaccines have been amazing and valuable over the years. I have taken them whenever they have ben available. Polio vaccine was the first time I remember lining up at school for a vaccination. DH & I took Covid Vaccinations as soon as they were available, and we are safer because of them. ⭐️

Last evening I watched old westerns with DH. He likes Marshal Matt Dillon. Some of those shows were in black and white, and others were colorized. When DH was tired he went to bed. I stayed up in another room and turned to zoo shows and veterinarian shows. 😊 I love watching animals.

Barbie— Someone donated a beautiful afghan to the nursing facility here. It was given to dh and he loves it. He has been warm and happy since it was given to him. I am happy for dh’s comfort and I have begun to knit a similar blanket to give to someone else. I have made a good start. 😊

Sue— I am knitting this blanket and making good progress. I looked in my backpack and found crochet hooks. When I finish this blanket I will use crochet hooks for the next project.

I have started on my new knitting project. I have a good start. I chose blue Red Heart variegated shades of blue. I am enjoying my knitting already. The colors are pretty and I am happy. I plan to knit an afghan sized blanket that will warm an elder adult in home care or a nursing home. 😊

I ate something at breakfast that isn’t sitting well with me. I hope I will feel better soon, tummy-aches are no fun. 🙁

Our son and DDIL sent me several well loved Christmas ornaments from years past, including Teddybear Angels that I sewed years ago and big Christmas Stockings with Dad and my names on them.
