  • I have found a great new series. It's the lunar chronicles. It's a remake of some favorite fairy tales but set in the far future and it's really interesting and a real page turner.

  • Try spaghetti squash for pasta but make sure you cook it through other wise you "noodles" will be crunchy. I also cut zucchini into strips and sauté them in a little olive oil and use them as "pasta" as well. Tastes very good and you get an extra serving of veggies.

  • I love my books but when on a trip or something I love knowing I have something to read at all times with the ebooks. I have also found that I really enjoy audiobooks while on a long drive or riding my bike. It's very calming and I feel I ride farther when listening to a good book rather than music.
