I was on Topamax for about a month and couldn't handle the side effects. They should not be scripting that out for weight loss. That is a serious drug. But I can see where being on a drug like that for a while and it causing some weight loss can cause you to gain some of it back when you get off the drug. I have no answer…

Me and my husband are big Whovians! We love to watch and rewatch all the episodes of both classic Who and the new seasons. I am very much looking forward to the 50th anniversary. We also like watching the specials they do about the different Doctors and Companions and such. So interesting.

So excited. It's day 15 of this challenge and I can really see a difference in how my body looks. I even had to skip a couple of days because of migraines and couldn't do it but just took day 15 picture and can see a difference in my butt and thighs. Yeah!!! How are you all doing? :flowerforyou:

I personally love the plain old Cheerios and add cut up bananas or fresh blueberries. I also love the Special K cereals. My favorite of those is the one with the strawberries although the chocolate one is great for an evening snack.

Any of Jillian Michaels DVDs are awesome. I love the 30 shred myself and the Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVD they are both great work outs and changing it up keeps things interesting. :)

I am hoping I get a HRM from either my mom or dad for Christmas. This is good info I'll need to remember in case I get one like this too. We have our Christmas this weekend.

It depends on the salad. If I have like a raspberry vinaigrette I like to have some blueberries or strawberries. I like Almonds but no other kind of nut on my salads.

I totally agree with this!!! I think that is completely gross. And it doesn't matter what kind of pasta either. YUCK!!! Not only does it sound gross it looks completely disgusting! :sick:

For me it's just being consistent. I have to have a clear plan and stick with it other wise I will fail. That's been my problem in the past. I think that would be good but I think I'm need finish the 30 day shred then do insanity then might try this way. I think I need to do them all the way thru first. Get my body and mind in shape first. :wink:
