oh i didn't watch the whole video but if its the mashed egg/banana thing let me tell you all I have tried it, and it tastes exactly as you would expect. like a banana omelette. world of gross.

work out in the morning and meal planning. I plan and shop for two weeks. Try and do bulk cooking one or two days a week and freeze.

Oats make me feel like that cooked or raw like muesli so I don't eat them anymore. I'm full for an hour or two then I get unnaturally hungry.

i made awesome cannellini bean dip today. two tins cooked beans. juice of a lime. clove of garlic and some rosemary fried in two tablespoons of olive oil. blended. and it freezes.

I'd say the thirty day shred would be good if you don't have time to get out and about, its short and I sometimes do it while the baba is sleeping. and its free on youtube.

Tk Max do the shock absorber brand pretty cheap. I got gait analysis done in elverys I don't know if you have them in the UK? The staff are really well trained about foot wear. And I like to run in three quarter length cotton pants and a Pennys (primark) tshirt.

I don't think this is this place to be looking for that advice. Speak to your health care provider before you radically change your diet. There's debate out there about low carb for type 1's. Here in Ireland it's not recommend by official channels but on the net you'll find accounts from people doing it very successfully.

heavy is relative. I had no strength starting out a few months ago. I can do 10 push ups now, that's taken weeks of training, so for me, push ups on my knees were heavy. . I eat pretty much the same foods but it different proportions. We eat meat/fish potatoes/sweet potatoes and veggies pretty much every night for dinner.
