uhhh...you should have a few more scruples about presenting your opinions as facts if you think they are "riddled with misinformation" . and if you look actually hard enough you find facts not just opposing arguments. and if you don't find them, don't present them as facts. over and out.

Ďo you take your preventative inhaler? If you're using that regularly should limit the need for the other one. But I do sometimes still get wheezy I just take the inhaler and keep running.

oh man i never ate as well as when I was in NZ. The Asian food is freakin amazing so much unreal fresh fish deliciousness. I made these with whole eggs before. They taste like the bananaomelette they are. Gross doesn't even begin to cover it.

oh its done and dusted and i went to the wedding and everything. phew. this was just a wee cautionary tale that's all! it would have been ok except it was lace weight mohair, and i've never knit with it before, like spinning a web. yikes.

As long as you don't have a fever and you feel ok. I kept my exercise up through one recently but I was on antibiotics. And heaps of liquids. My mother swears by grapefruit including eating the seeds or grapefruit seed extract in place of antibiotics but I don't know if there's any science behind that.

today was wholemeal pitta bread with mashed banana , 10g peanut butter, tiny but of apple jelly. often i eat poached eggs and rye crackers.

great big bowl of awesome. um no, really eggs. poached. but i eat two everyday and now i have the cholesterol fear. so i'm going to switch to one. porridge and frozen berries in the winter. pitta bread with banana and peanut butter.

If you don't take it with you the only place it goes is in the bin. And that costs restaurants money. I've worked in hospitality my whole life and honestly people are only delighted when people take their food waste with them. nobody likes throwing out food.

Less than three weeks and I was starting from zero but I wouldn't recommend doing it so fast I picked up a lot of niggly injuries. And I'm not that fast. About 30 mins for 5k.
