I'm really into jogging in place while I'm washing dishes (I do this for like 30 minutes or more) It's getting two things done at once..and I'm sweating like crazy by the time I'm done.. I put on a really upbeat playlist on my laptop and time goes by so fast.

My best explanation of Shirataki noodle texture is that they're like chewing on canned mushrooms. I recommend these to everyone I know but no one can ever get past the texture of them. XD

My DL weight is like...50 pounds under what I weigh now, I just keep using the same weight that I was when I was 16 XD

That's great! My calves have always been too big for the kind of boots I want to wear also. Hopefully after I lose all the weight I want to lose I can wear them too.

I totally agree with this! The people who say negative things are obviously unhappy with themselves and lack the motivation that you have. I would always go run really early in the morning before too many people were out and about that way no one was around to say negative things.. maybe you could try that?

I'm 21 and I'm trying to lose 100. I'd be happy with 80 though. I started at 221.6 and I've lost 28 so far (4 on here and the rest with Weight watchers which I'm still actively doing) You're not alone dear, there's lots of us in the same boat! :)

I have this same problem too and I've narrowed it down to either I had something REALLY salty the day before and it's just sodium overload, or I didn't drink enough water, or it's my muscles recovering.
