Me. My eating window is from 4pm to midnight. I'm slowly cutting on 1700-1800 calories. Personally I don't think you're eating enough and slower, more controlled weight loss is better for longevity and keeping it off -- but that's just me.

Don't get me wrong, I think abs are like any other muscle and should be targeted... I'm slowly beginning to work them more into my routine. If school wasn't so demanding, I'd probably hit them twice a week haha. No problem! I'm glad this post is serving its purpose :)
