im 5-9 and aim to weigh around 11.7-11.10 I play football and have a high % of lean muscle. The lowest ive been in years is 11.7 and I did it in an unhealthy way hoping to get there from 13.2 in the correct manner. I wouldn't suit much lower I think but will review if I ever get to 11.7!!

I work at pizza hut for 50 hours a week....man I know the feeling. I find it difficult too...the pizza the icf sweets the salad bar starters need I go on the list is endless. Advice welcome here too. I take it healthy options and give in too easily :-( days of disappointment

Life is full of opinions. I dont think either of use are wrong. Most fluids count as water I was told by my nutritionist tea and coffee count as ud have to drink insane amounts to dehydrate you. Personally I only log water and weak squash. Yet I log fruit juice because of the calories and tea as I add milk! Just my…

Well I woke up at 08.45 and my heart rate monitor had stopped reading my heart rate and I don't know for how long but its reading was 1945 calories so id say 2000-2200 is accurate wow. Now surely to lose a pound a week I need a 500 cal a day deficit?

Im 5.9" and 170lbs I play soccer and have pretty chunky thighs because of it grrrrr. Id love to be 154 lbs but need to be realistic for my frame and sport so 161 is the wish!

If the extra calories ur consuming are good ones like veg and some fruits. the calories you get from eating things like cucumber carrot or celery Sticks actually work as a negitive and U lose weight eating more of them The calories U get from these foods you actually burn more eating them digesting and discarding them out…

Thanks for the heads up...i invested to encourage myself to go running everymorning and it worked for two weeks...i love seeing the results. But then again I can run on a treadmill and see I've burnt 900 calories and look at my watch and it says 400....gutter so I try not to look at the treadmill

Today I decided to put on my hrm and see what I burn on a normal day with work. I started at 9.30 am UK time and its now 0.15 into Tuesday morning. I will be sleeping till its turned off and im in bed the now. Its sitting at 1526 at the moment I need to burn 700-900 calories over night to product these numbers......…

Man that's an awsome answer....loved it. Thanks I am like this all the time. I try to do too much too quickly and if I eat outwith my calorific intake or have a take away I feel so self distructive and ashamed. Then I eat more thinking what the hell...ive messed it up already! Vicious circle x

eat 6-8 smaller meals a day. I'll continue to quote my nutritionist as she's great and talks alot of sense! But if ur not hungry dont eat find a distraction.... Bananas have a slow release of enery and they are a fruit that keeps you fuller for longer. Hence why athletes have them in their diets. I dont know if the banana is responsible for ur success but if its working for U keep it up. Good source of fibre too. Keep up th good work. Good luck

Sometimes I ha e low calorie days but it totally depends on what ive eaten in th past few days and found ive never had that two days running your body will tell U what it needs it will all balance out over the week. Good luck. Little and often is the key. Don't force feed yourself listen to ur body!
