4-week challenge (DAY 16)

So here are my overall goals:
1) Stay at or slightly below my calorie goal daily
2) Cardio exercise for at least 40 minutes 6-days a week
3) Strength Training 3 days a week.
4) Complete gmukris' daily mini challenges.
5) at least 150 crunches daily
If you are with me, reply with your plan for the day and then post back at the end of the day to let me know how you did!
Here is my plan for today:
2nd cardio: 40 min Turbo Jam & 60 min Powerwalk at lunch
150 crunches
Zumba class tonight (I won't beat myself up if I skip this though)
Mini Challenge ??
8 glasses of water

started my 30 day shred today day 1..but I was already sore from p90x the other day plyometrics.....
GO for a walk....
Drink 8 glasses of water today.....0 -
I ended up doing interval training at lunch rather than power-walking, so I was too wiped out to do Zumba. Finished the mini challenge of 150 squats, turbo jam, crunches, 9 glasses of water and stayed in calorie range YAHOO!0
