  • I litterally FORCE myself to drink the water, lol. And I got a BIG water container so i'm not drinking one cup after the other. You can even use a gallon jug. I try to drink most my water in the am and sometimes end up drinking more than my 17 cups of water per day.
  • The biggest thing is to count those calories and make sure to eat ATLEAST 1,200 per day. It may seem weird but eating does help you lose weight.   • I use to HAT cottage cheese and would be grossed out by it but started eating it because I wanted to like just as you said and now the thought of adding things to it is grossing me out, lol.   • To me it sounds as though you might be pushing yourself too much. Baby steps is the best way to go in my opinion and it'll leave less space for you to beat yourself up. The way you have been going about things may be great for somone else...but may take a month or so to be great for you! That's how I failed so many times…
