Hope I am not to late to join! I LOVE the biggest loser. It truely is such an inspiration. My starting weight is 202 eek..I pledged to never get over 200 again and all the holiday sweet temptations put me over..I am excited to do this!0

Can't wait to weigh myself! My scale was messed up this morning only to find the batteries were too low, but am waiting to use it tomorrow morning for accurate weigh ins! Have to wait about 15 hours to weigh, lol. SOOO excited for BL tonight )0

There is another BL challenge going on that I've seen, but theirs only lasts for a month whereas this one lasts for the whole season up until the finale.

I would love to join this group also. I am watching the show right now! I love it! My starting weight is 150.5. My goal is at least 135. I have already joined the pound for pound challenge. Great idea! I did it 2 seasons ago also when I lost about 30 pounds. It's such a great feeling knowing that by us losing those pounds, hungry people are being fed! Thanks for starting this group. Ooops- I think I posted my start weight earlier today on the *other* biggest loser challenge. This has me confused. LOL
Anyways- this is the one I want to do- the one going for the entire season.
So my start weight is 290.4lbs0 -
I think it would be great too- if at all possible if we all did Pictures each or every few weeks
I have to wait until my husband gets home tonight- but I am planning on doing a "before"
picture for this
I think this is a great idea. Anyone who wants to do before pictures if you post them here I will see if I can save them with you weights on my computer for "before and after" shots if you want.0 -

anyone got at home workouts that can burn good calories? I can't get to the gym today.
Jillian Michaels 30 day shred burns about 175 in 20 minutes. You can get it at Walmart for $90 -

Great Show last night, I didn't get to work out during it. Too many things going on with the kids. Need to make time for myself! So Tonight I owe my self and extra 30 minutes to make up for last night!
My girlfriend at work and I are challenging each other to finish a marathon by next Biggest Loser show. Treadmill, walking DVDs, Bike, elliptical, doesn't matter just have to complete 26.2 miles :happy:0 -

Filling up the water bottle and making coffee helps me. I also make sure there is something readily available so I will not be tempted to go without eatting or eat something that I had not intended to. Personally, I can eat any left over meat and I keep boiled eggs in the fridge. You have to figure out what works for you. For me, it's keeping me distracted from the hunger and having something readily available.0
