Try a C25K programme and get outside, running outdoors compare to treadmill is different. try not to worry about speed or distance for a start, that can come in time, I'd say focus on stamina first. Good luck and I know you will be great Turn the fear if failure into a determination to succeed.

Great job, love the sweat pics lol

A little late on this but I'm 31, mum of 3 from the uk. Looking for active MFP friends

AMAZING!!! Not much more I can add to that

9am here, first school run done, housework time and Mum duties for me.

My PB is 35, it's quite hard on the day with so many others there. Great atmosphere though. Was thinking of practicing with some Park Runs too. Haven't done a RFL for 3 years but have so far done 6. Should be taking part in the Cambridge race, maybe one year I'll be brave enough for the 10k

How can we recruit more members?

Looks good Lou. I loved the 30DS but lv2 killed my wrists.
-
That's a great plan Lou, may just nick that idea. I used to meal plan for the kids so they knew what they were having and there were no arguments.

Friday - survive!!

That's good motivation. I would like it if my H2B reminded me a bit more, get all boot camp on me. I do better when told.

I'm the same, have good days and then have a mini binge and then give up. Being on a low calorie goal the smallest of things can ruin a good week Its like a fear of success almost. My lack of will power is rubbish some days

I'm quite new here too. Feel free to add me if you like

We buy the cereals as the shops own brand, not value range though, kids wont touch those. The Tesco rice snaps and hot oat cereals are my favourites and on par with the calories count from the named brands. All our drinks are shop brand, our squash is tesco value. Any tinned or frozen veg we buy is value too. We simply…

Well yesterday was absolutely rubbish. I really ate my feelings, made the family go for a walk last night just so I could catch back up on some calories. Feel bloated, fat and horrible today with only myself to blame. Recorded Love in the Wild last night so will go on the elliptical for a bit, hopefully I can do 15 minutes…

You have done really well, congratulations on what you have achieved so far. I'm an inch shorter than you and my goal is to be 9.7, also due to get married in May this year. You may well get some replies regarding the 1200 being too low for you and to mix it up a bit to get your body going again. I'm no expert so I cant…

Feeling rough today, sore throat, dizzy and sick. No plans for going on my elliptical today but will treat myself with a pancake at lunch, going to check all ingredients now

Well with it being half term the difference I can make this week will be staying in track!

Monday came round quickly, what happened to the weekend?? Went to church yesterday was a good girl and didn't eat as much as usual Half term here which ruins schedules and routines. So must keep in track. Flowers for my wedding should be here this week too, that's vwry exciting Here's to a good week. I'd like to lose a lb…

Feel sick this morning, pizza may have been yummy at the time but i've woken feeling bloated sick and horrible. Got some walking planned as well as elliptical. I will stay focused today. Good luck with the cinema
-
I will not completey lose track over the weekend
-
Well done for facing the weigh in. You're right, dont let those extra lbs hang around, kick em out Going for same as yesterday, school run then elliptical for at least 15mins. Think I have to losen my shoes off though as I kept getting like a pins and needles feel in my left foot. Any plans for the weekend? Anything that…

Ho old are your children? I have 3 and really cant see how you sit down for 98% of your time. Get on that treadmill and walk, do it when kids are napping etc, start off small, dont burn yourself out by doing too much too soon (though I'm not a professional do its just my opinion) Use your kids as a tool for exercise, dance…

Wow, how inspirational are you!! Absolutely fantastic, well done for such a great journey.

Way to Go!! Love the photo xx
