I've chosen 5k as I can run (at a zombielike ramble) for that amount of time where as 10k i'd be stuffed. You?

24 hour gym near you? If your not keeping 'normal' hours perhaps it would help fill some time in rather than craving snacks. I also agree with a PP if when I did night duty I used to count my eating day from 9am till 9am, I finished work at 7am and went pretty much straight to bed but ate 'breakfast' at around 5am. Just…

OK first up, your hubby needs a boot in the *kitten* for being a a-hole. Secondly, if he wants you to be 'sexy' then he needs to offer you support, motivation and assistance. That means eating well with you, looking after the kids so you can exercise and not sooking that your not having beer and pizza for dinner.... is he…

Perhaps take something with you that she loves and only allow her to play with it if she behaves. My 4 year old and 1 year old both have umbrella's that they are only allowed to play with if they can show me 'good listening' Perhaps a special ball or a Frisbee? That way you can praise her when when you play with it as well…

Hi Chelz, I use the monthly planner page in my diary to plan meals for the week, I normally 'strictly plan' the first 3-4 days then have 3 'interchangeable meals' So frozen pies, leftover casserole, pasta etc mainly freezer meals. I also allocate leftovers to lunches or make double batches so I can have no cooking days. I…

I have also found this, With all the hoo ha- lately about the polar being off also made me wonder but I've made my peace with it now if I'm burning lower then that's fine by me means I'm not eating additional cals for nothing!

I like my walking music a little dark if I really love the song singing instead of walking becomes the priority, current fav running album is the bloody beetroots

Can't fault your logic.... I stumbled across a chardonnay last night with the serving being '1 glass' Bottles are made of glass right... best 200 calories I spent all day

Me, also in Victoria I've sent you a request :)

Grate and add to the foods you all ready like? Works for my kids when they are being difficult

Hi, Im in a similar situation, I'm a nurse and work two shifts a week. I've been using a pedometer and on those day I can burn 800-1200 additional calories a shift. I personally do track mine but only eat back half the calories for that day, otherwise I find I'm craving junk by the end of my shift. Also I'm a mum on the…

If you have a high resting heart rate can you manually reset the min-max rate on the HRM, I notice mine has it but I've obviously not really tinkered with it much, perhaps that will give you a more realistic calorie burn?
-
http://www.weighitup.com.au They have meal plans and most of the recipes are really good, it's free to use but some of the ingredients can be a little pricey, plenty of others to chose though so you should be right.
-
I've sent you a request, I'm an aussie also but have a fair whack of weight to lose. I like having people to check over my diary and keep me in line :)
-
Me please! Would like to be team Stephen or Emma please :)

You could be right, I'm using my HRM and the Striiv app mainly ATM. I don't tend to count incidental exercise but do use half the app's burned calories if I'm at work. It's a little scary but for the past 3 weeks I've had days where my net calories have been under 800 which also cant be good for you! Perhaps dropping to…
