lol I am a born and bread aussie! it is an aquired taste and is quite salty compared to peanut butter etc. They have introduced one now called 'my first vegemite' aim for young toddlers that isnt as sharp but i prefer the original

Hey I am over in sydney and it is freezing in the early monrings and night time (not to mention wet and dark) so I have brought a skipping rope and I am using that in my garage and making up circuts (sounds lame I know) and I also use zumba dvds

I do both the 20 minute express for a quick work out or the cardio party (46 minutes) I get a much better burn from the cardio party. I like Abs, butts and thighs when I want to tone rather than work out. I prefer the 'new cd's' as the older work out waste alot of time saying the English instructions then again in Spanish…

I eat a banana or an apple before and then the same afterwards, I get the natural sugar into me. Or i have some dired fruit or a low fat/sugar museli bar. I suggest uncle toby body wise berry fusion 86 calories or have some realy fruit juise (you make your self no added sugar)

What about a protein shake u can drink on the go when you are working, I used to have those when I worked events or meal replacement shakes and I would just sip it throughout my shift.
