That's a good pace for stamina, Im 5'5 and run at 6.5, but for only 10 min. That's funny about the,treadmills.

I still cant grasp, what happen. I cry everyday,and every hour. I have two kids 5 and 9,and cant stop giving them, extra hugs and kiss's. Today was my W1D1,it went pretty easy for me,but it was just day 1,lot's of weeks to go. Im so happy, that I read all the post before starting this,it was a big help. I bought a new pair of running shoes,people let me tell you,what a big difference,it made,so comfortable,running.:wink: :bigsmile:

Hi I'm 5'5 started at 203,in size 14 tight around waist. Now I'm 191. size 14 baggy,hips legs,and waist smaller, almost 11/12.
