Yes,I did it. I notice,on day 1, I started maybe out to fast 6.5mph,walking 3.5mph. So on Day2, I lower my speed to 6.0mph,walking 3.0,that seem to help,and also,I did better on controlling, my breathing. So happy,I made it thru Day 3, no problems. Starting W5D1,Saturday.

Well,things are going good so far,just some little aches and pains,here and their. I cut back on my speed,it seem to help. Walking 3.4mph,running 6.4mph. Just read about having the treadmill in a slight incline,that was a good tip,since when I started this,I was running outside. I must admit, I like running outside better.…

Well I made it thru, without any problem. When they say couch to 5k,that was really me. I look forward to W3. Right now I'm walking at 4.0mph,running at 6.8,I will not push myself any harder then that,for now.:wink:
