Ok well I'm giving you my current situation! I have hit a plateau after my weight loss of 42 lbs. If you really have nothing constructive to add however I thank you for your time but to comment BS I don't see as helpful at all. It's actually rather ignorant in my humble opinion. Be well.

Uncontrolled hypertension, atrial fibrillation, and a brush with acute kidney failure. My 6 children have made me realize that I need to stay alive and I think it's…

I've been neglecting my calorie counting for a while though :'( I'm back on board now and looking for pals to help me along as well as help others along. It seems to be getting harder for me the closer I am getting to my target. Time to…

1st I would like to say I am no expert and still consider myself a newbie in my lifestyle change. With that being said for me I had to tackle one thing at a time since I had absolutely no discipline. For example I love pepsi and it just so happens there's a circle k right up the street! .79 cent 44 Oz drinks were happening…

This post is a gem for me! When I started I was 198 lbs and 5'3" .... seriously overweight and more importantly unhealthy. Make a long story short when I started my journey I wanted to look good again, lose weight, and somewhere in the order of priorities be healthier. Now as I have failed then learned my expectations have…
