Thanks in advance for reading this. I began my lifestyle change last year but have been diligent in healthy food choices and exercise for 6 months. Well since I have been dropping significant amounts of weight in that time I have noticed that my formerly nice and round rump has begun to lose its shape. It looks as if it is flatter! ???? ???? I have been doing squats, lunges, deadlifts, leg raises, yadda yadda the whole 6 months along with my hiit! I have no clue what I'm doing wrong. Why am I losing my prized asset? Lol

Unfortunately we cant control from which areas we lose the fat when we lose the lbs.
This is my worry too (as well as my husbands) "you can do side bends or sit ups, but please dont lose that butt!" LOL =D
Aside from trying to bulk up the booty muscles our behinds are mostly fat. Id like to see responses too.0 -

Good points made above, you should also try adding in some of the exercises found in Strong Curves (or just follow the SC plan as a whole). I've heard there are great results to be had with this. I've just started doing them, and I've gotta say - my booty has never gotten such a workout!
