lets do it I am game, the only thing I don't like about this site is that if I comment or leave you a message it doesn't show on the top that you have a message but I am on here every day and I can check. You don't have to do this alone.

I can relate to you. I think a lot of people concentrate on weight lose. I concentrate on toning and building strength. I want to tone up first and then see the fat burn as a result of strength training. Hope that helps.

Saturday is a day to concentrate on some good working out. You can rest afterwards no work, no pressure. Just a day to get in a good work out which gets you ready for the following week.

banana's protein drinks work for me but they require push ups and aerobics every other day. hope this helps

I really try to weigh weekly because of the fluctuation. What was I wearing any little thing can make a difference. I would give anything to weigh less than 230 pounds :)
