I have been married for almost as long as you. I know how to cook. My wife knows how to cook and when neither of us feels like cooking, we order out or we go out. No big deal. So yes. In today's "day-and-age" there is no reason to expect that from just on side of the marriage/partnership/relationship.

Hi and welcome. As many members have said, take it one day at a time. Try and make small goals and allow for some cheats every now and then. I find that walking with someone helps. If you have the means, try the Wii Fit Plus game. I get on it at least 3 time a week and it's a lot of fun even if its by yourself. Good luck…
