I want to play, too!!!!!!! I had a baby three-ish months ago and after gaining 65 pounds, I am working to get this weight off!!! I am not yet comfortable displaying my weight but maybe after V-day? we will see. I hope to lose 10 pounds by then. My goal weight is to ultimately be 135.

Does zoloft make you gain weight? I took Prozac for a little bit but didn't like it and turns out I'm ADHD but I don't take anything for it, I'm scared to become addicted to it.

Thanks for all the responses! Yes, I am always forgetting nine up, nine down rule. It's just so far away! Haha. Right now I'm doing insanity and playing indoor soccer and breastfeeding so I'm pretty active. I'll be playing tennis again soon once my endurance is up to par. I also go on outdoor adventures with my little one…

I am 5'5", 170 lbs and wanting to lose 35 more pounds and maybe (depending how thin I look another ten). I am currently doing Insanity (three more weeks) and then I will follow that up with p90x then another round of insanity. That is the plan anyway.

I was in the ARmy for five years and once you get to basic, you will lose the weight you need to. I would probably focus on passing the pt test with a 90-90-90 and you will be fine. also, if you are over they will measure you and calculate your body fat percentage if you are 32% or under, you will be good to go.
