  • hey just wanted to let you know that I finnely got my HRM ( on time for my second round of Insanity) And for the past two weeks my callorie burn was renging 550-650.

  • There is LOTS of free work outs you can get on internet. I know there is Jillians 30 day shred is on youtube in the complit and you dont need anything with it. try to have maybe a fasting one day a week. one day that you will only drink juses, shakes, milk and so on.
  • Hihi you need to mix it up your work out dramaticaly ( body get use to the same workout very quick) if you do 60 min of cardio only - start lifting hevy weights 30 min and same cardio 30 min or mix it up by week days do this 2-3 weeks then mix it up again. Or do only joga for a week, week after that do your usual work out…
  • nope no one???? oh well Im done and soooo happy happy. Final resolts are: 5.5 kg down Hips 5cm less weist 6cm less chest 6cm less (not so happy about that but oh well ;) Fat 6% less From monday will mix it up a bit 3 days Chalean extrem and 2-3 days Insanity, wwill see how that will go. happy hippo me :D

I will start on Monday JM RI30 - first 10 days + last week of Insanity, JM RI30 - second 10 days + 4 tims Of Insanity cardio or one week of recovery and balance.   • thanks for the info. hahaha yes the main problem is the door ways in my house, the once I can attach anything to is 5 meters away. so that will not be much fun running between comp and a bed room doorway. :) al though i might get extra calorie burn.
  • This question is like setting yourself up for exuses not to go through 60 day program. Some will lose weight, some will not, but you will defenetly see the difference in you muscle tone and endurance of your body. But most important you will feel VERY proud of yourself after finishing the program (trust me you will) 57…
  • hihi ok I wasnt 200lbs to start with when I started Insanity workout. I was 165 lbs, Im not following the nutrition plan just eating healthy and less. So far I lost 11lbs and im on my 8th week so im expecting 3-4 lbs to go by the end of the program. and then will do it all over again :) dont think it matters at wich weight…
