Congrats! That is really inspiring.

I'm married to a registered dietician and we talk about this stuff all the time. Her focus is health and organ function in critically ill patients so she's always running numbers and looking at blood work, fluid balance issues, electrolyte labs etc. on her patient population. She laughs at how much protein I eat. This site…

Coke zero and vanilla coke zero. Stuff is like crack. I also use sugar free mints and a put one in my mouth while I drink a chocolate whey protein shake. I know that sounds strange but its sort of like an iced peppermints mocha if you make the shake with water and crushed ice. That's my night time treat most nights.

I usually just weigh out 140 grams of cooked brown rice. I use trader joes instant rice. That's what the label says. It comes in at 200cals.

I've kept 100 pounds off for several years now. I was morbidly obese and over 300 pounds at my top weight. I actually didn't seek treatment for my eating disorder until I got thin and began to binge again and gain and losing the same 20 or 30 pounds over and over. I woke up thinking about food and went to bed every night…

I'm an RT at a LTAC rehab hospital. Things get pretty nuts and I sometimes get 18,000 steps on a busy day. I work three 12 hour days. I do high intensity circuit training on my off days. I set myself as lightly active and am losing right at a half pound a week. I don't have much left to lose and I'm taking it slow to try…

If you google it it's really not either diet. It allows grains so it not paleo. It allows grass fed meat do its not vegan. The doctor says he took the good from both philosophies and made a hybrid. The only thing it prohibits is legumes (except lentils) He recommends getting 75 percent of your calories from plants. This is…

Not a nurse but I did a three year respiratory therapy program that was pretty tough. I did manage to lose weight with MFP off and on. Wasn't exactly religious with my logging. We had our first child right in the middle. Took a final on a Friday. Had a kid that weekend and started summer semester a week later. I was so…

I plan 3 meals out each week. Otherwise I prepare and weigh all of my meals. I eat tasty stuff like a chipotle burrito or a foot long sub with chips. Tonight I ate a grand slam at Denny's. I usually budget 1000 calls for these meals. I don't use it as an excuse to binge. It all fits my calories and macros but since I'm…

Nice job! I'm at 200 and would like to get down to 180. I'm 6 ft and have the dad bod going on.

Severe depression for about 10 years. It pretty much vanishes when I eat well and exercise. Words can't describe how much better my mood is. Dark times can still creep in though. I've struggled with binge eating at times. Currently back on track since March. When I was morbidly obese I was not taking care of myself. I…

Awesome. Thanks for sharing. You look a lot younger in that second pic!

Call me a weirdo but sometimes I'll put peanut butter on my waffles or French toast instead of syrup. That's if you don't mind the fat. I tend to run pretty low on my fat macro so it works out for me. PB2 has less fat and is pretty tasty. My wife puts nut butters in her oatmeal. And you could always do a shake. Whey powder…

That looks like a side salad to me. I eat my salads out of a mixing bowl. Assuming you didn't go totally crazy with the olive oil that looks like a pretty healthy and delicious dinner. Now I'm hungry...

I've been on and off the wagon for about 6 years now. I've gone through two cycles of massive weight loss and then gained it all back. The last time I had to go back and buy fat jeans I looked in the mirror in the changing room and said never again. Its all a learning experience. I'm down 104 lbs and this time I've learned…

First off, congrats on a 79lb loss. Thats a huge achievement. If you're paying a professional trainer Id probably listen to them and follow their instructions. Give it another few weeks and look for other metrics to measure your progress. The scale can be decieving and if they do this for a living they will probably tailor…

Awesome. Good job.

Awesome job. What did you eat for your bulk? Did you keep it pretty clean or just eat a ton?

Awesome!

You look great. Congrats.

Very inspirational. Thank you for sharing. I get up and read these success stories threads every morning. It motivates me.

Oh dear god. This could get messy....

This right here. It takes some getting use but you'll never go back once you see how easy it is and how much quicker you'll meet your goals. You will also save money by only buying stuff you need and it will be fresh and tasty. It takes me about two hours on Sundays to get ready for the week. I'm a nerd. It's my favorite…

Watch the sequel. Joe and Phil both get fat again. Super expensive too and you waste all that good fiber in the produce!

WW works for sure. If you follow their program you will lose weight. I lost 90 pounds on it but gained most of it back in 2012. I set my target for a 2lb loss per week. I lost it too fast and didn't learn or implement good habits. I made that mistake over and over and did a lot of yoyo dieting. I lost all of that rebound…
