Bacon is the least of my worries!! :/

Epsom salts and Biofreeze are my remedies for over-doing it! Biofeeze is a brand in health places but there are also ones by the same makers called Perform in Walmart and drug stores (in the Ben Gay area).

I would potion all but the tomatoes. Those I would cut daily, they will be awful sitting in there.

My week was the 22nd to the 26th...good until the 25th, and now it's all downhill for me until Jan 4th!
-
Yep! Mee too, and I am not planning on trying to do anything except move until Jan 4th!

I take baths in epsom salts and use Calm Magnesium whenever I have an issue. amazon.com/Natural-Calm-original-16-Ounce/dp/B000OQ2DL4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1451286835&sr=8-1&keywords=magnesium+calm+16+oz

If raisin bran and water aren't working maybe it is the raisin bran causing an issue, just saying.

Dehydration is a big player here! There are also other causes and you may need to see a doctor, but drink at least 64 oz of fluid a day (not cafeinated or carbonated) and see if that helps.

There are probably 10,000 things you can do with this meal! I like Simply Organic chicken seasoning,McComick Montreal Chicken, and curry spices the best. For the potato I like it sweet/savory so I do coconut sugar, butter and salt. Maybe some Jamaican Allspice. For the broccoli, I like it roasted in a flavored oil, or I…

My favorite meatloaf recipe! paleopot.com/2013/01/triple-hamburgercheeseburger-slow-cooker-meatloaf/

I use the puree as a thickener in soups and stews as well as all of the above! The cauliflower pizza tastes good, but it isn't something to pick up and eat...it's not the texture of a crust. The breadsticks are really good, but again, not bread. You have to have different expectations to try the substitutes.

I am weird, I like lunch meat hams (high quality ones that aren't salty) but usually hate a regular dinner ham. I made a decent one this year, and now do have leftovers. I think I am going to make a ham and potato casserole, I make a basic cream sauce, then add cheese, then pour it over sliced potatoes and ham and bake it.…

Yeah I get what you are saying, I have tried and tried to make something like it with no luck. I also was off the "sauce" for quite some time and just wanted it and missed it! Yes I eat piles of greens when I have it, the day I bought the bottle I ate 4 salads! :) Now it is more like 1x a day or every other day.
-
I make homemade mayo with them! But usually I eat whole eggs anyway.

So What about January 4th until Valentine's Day? Because not many people can commit to that through the holidays!
-
I prefer turkey, but I have inlaws that like ham (and not a well prepared ham either!! They just put orange juice on it and bake it!). This is the first year I have won the batlle to come to my house for Christmas, for many reasons I should have all along (the main one being they don't cook!!). I grew up in a family of…

I know with Fitbit it sends you calories based on the goals you have here and what you have eaten. I found mine to be too high so I disconnected it. For example I had my goals set at 1000 deficit in both places and the deficit it gave me was less than 500. I find it best to track activity on one, and calories on another…

I think MAYBE what the OP referred to was on Atkins when you go from 20g net to 25g net to find your tolerance.
-
I have delayed Christmas a I am working, but the menu is ham (for those that like it, I don't and FIL doesn't), turkey, sweet potatoes (only some like them), mashed potatoes, stuffing, homemade cranberry sauce, corn frozen from the summer harvest, and cutout cookies with icing for dessert.

I keep saying I am going to get back into it...for SURE 1/4/16!! I must, as a part of my 1)healthy living and 2) budgeting!

Nobody needs any different lab work on low carb than any other patient would! It is all the same as a regular annual lab order! Many people do BETTER than on a lot of carbs and low fat on all numbers! Not everyone has a reputable doc of 20 years...Again, you should really look into this stuff.

I hate it too! But I LOVE my dressing!! Hence how I am torn and wanted opinions!

Beans and tofu are not Paleo at all. Fish and eggs should be your main sources. Hemp seed, nuts, protein powders (if you must, they are less than ideal) that have paleo sources like pea protein, egg white, etc. I had a very hard time going Paleo Vegan for a cleanse, but the addition of eggs, fish, hem seed, nuts, and…

I understand completely what you are saying!! I hope you find the thing that gets you back on track, mine is something that would be TMI! Basically, my belly is getting in the way to the point I have lost some flexibility I need! This is NEW! I used to be much more pear shaped and now I am an avocado growing on apple!! I…

Gluten, Probable dairy (but I can't seem to give it up long enough to find out), corn, soy, ragweed, pollen, mold, pet dander, grasses, trees...basically everything except what I can clean out of my house!!
-
I went years, and years without a drop of ice cream!! And I still feel a little sick when I eat it! LOL
-
So Lets look at the reasons WHY...AND fix it! It is not about a diet and exercise program that works for all, but things that work for certain tpes of people. And YOU!
-
I had such an issue with Ben & Jerry's in my youth (18-21 or so), and I ate so much of it that I still can't really enjoy ice cream now!! I am 41!! It makes me nauseous now to think of it!!
-
Oh HEELL NO!! What I consider a "cleanse" is a super strict version of my diet...so right now it would be a Whole 30 because I am Paleo. I have tried others for 5 minutes, but NO.

If you lift and get the body you want to have why would you stop again? It could happen, if you get lean and then get lazy. But why is that a concern before you even start??
