There, there....just drink some slim tea and take a couple garcinia cambogia pills, you'll be fine. Dr. Fraud is watching over you.0 -

Clearly you didn't read any part of this thread. I know it's long, but it generally pays to read at least the first post.0 -

Are those the loofah kind? They cleanse my body very well when I soap them up real good and rub hard in the shower. I use Dove soap, it has moisturizers so I'm both cleansed and moisturized.1 -
I had a surprise result after my colonoscopy "cleanse" this past weekend, a "cleansed" palette. I lost all interest in sweets. I have one coffee in the morning and put less sugar in it than normal and found it to be too sweet. Could be coincidence, could be the result of a change in gut bacteria. I'm not down with detoxes but I am now wondering if, in some cases, there may actually be a benefit to a cleanse.0

You should actually read at least the OP (first post) to avoid doing what you just did :laugh:0 -

Edit. Also I found my (least) favourite MLM scammer is now selling a magic formula detox that burns fat as I sleep. Wow...0 -

Well, technically, if you're not losing weight while sleeping, something has gone horribly wrong. It is the other 16-20 hours I find I need to manage.0 -

A bit like when I gave up cigarettes many years ago. I could give them up for 8 hours a day no problem. Then I woke up...1 -

Oh HEELL NO!! What I consider a "cleanse" is a super strict version of my diet...so right now it would be a Whole 30 because I am Paleo. I have tried others for 5 minutes, but NO.0

Bump. Also, I don't know if it's been posted here before, but here's a great article from Science Based Medicine about cleanses/detoxes: https://sciencebasedmedicine.org/the-detox-scam-how-to-spot-it-and-how-to-avoid-it/0
