I'm sure if one eats enough sugar free candy, there will be a cleanse of some sort...

There, there....just drink some slim tea and take a couple garcinia cambogia pills, you'll be fine. Dr. Fraud is watching over you.

Clearly you didn't read any part of this thread. I know it's long, but it generally pays to read at least the first post.

Are those the loofah kind? They cleanse my body very well when I soap them up real good and rub hard in the shower. I use Dove soap, it has moisturizers so I'm both cleansed and moisturized.

I had a surprise result after my colonoscopy "cleanse" this past weekend, a "cleansed" palette. I lost all interest in sweets. I have one coffee in the morning and put less sugar in it than normal and found it to be too sweet. Could be coincidence, could be the result of a change in gut bacteria. I'm not down with detoxes but I am now wondering if, in some cases, there may actually be a benefit to a cleanse.

So which detox is best for losing say 15lbs in a couple of weeks?

    Did you read the OP?

pfft, no chance, this thread is 7 pages long. I read the title and just posted.

You should actually read at least the OP (first post) to avoid doing what you just did
