So which detox is best for losing say 15lbs in a couple of weeks?

    Did you read the OP?

pfft, no chance, this thread is 7 pages long. I read the title and just posted.

Good piece of advice is to at least read the first post.

    We're sharing a brain today. Glad it's a good one. ;)

This is more fun, it's not like these posts are keeping it up on the front page where it should probably be a sticky or something like that, giving people advice on stuff that keeps on getting asked on the forums.

iaso tea is actually a great detox, that removes parasites and toxins from your colon and blood and you don't have to starve yourself to do it and you eat like you usually do.

So if I go drink the water in an under-developed country, contract giardia, and proceed to poop out my insides, all I have to do is drink some iaso tea and I'll be 100% cured?

And since it does the same for toxins, then it would cure, say, mercury poisoning?

Finally a miracle cure for diarrhea! LOL!

Bump. True. You don't need to do anything mental or expensive to lose weight or get fitter.

What's wrong with this thread? This is a very informative thread and can potentially stop people from doing something stupid, like a cleanse.

There's just so much *kitten* out there about "toxins". A great deal of this occurs in the yoga world. Yoga is great for flexibility and strength, but it doesn't do anything about "toxins". You don't sweat toxins out of your body; you sweat out water and salts.

Agreed. Everyone needs to remember that your body detoxes itself just fine. If it can't, you should get yourself to the hospital so they can pump your stomach and feed you some charcoal.

Let's keep this at the top. Seems like it's detox season by all the new posts coming up.

Auto ban any post which asks about cleanses/detoxes or products to jump start
