Less food to mouth and more foot to pavement... Keep it simple. Seriously, I find when I exercise I get to eat more of what I like, especially helpful when I know I am going to be going out to eat or to a party where I may have more calories than I normally do. I do weigh myself daily but only record it once a week.

I eat meat and dairy so no Vegan, but I started using Vegan Smart All in 1 protein powder. I saw that it also had more fiber than other brands, which I was trying to get also.

Have you tried green smoothies? I use 2 vegetables and 3 fruits. (Spinach, Kale, Bananas, blueberries, strawberries, avocado, tangerines, grapes etc, sometimes put in almonds, flax seed or chia seed) That way I get 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. I have a packet of Maple and Brown Sugar High Fiber Oatmeal. I cut a banana into it and put a 1/3 of a cup of bran buds as well. I cool it down with a bit of skim milk and then have a cup of skim milk to drink. Its only about 430 calories but I get most of my fiber, a lot of protein and a bit of carbs. I am usually very…
