That happens to me too! I now put my elbows on my towel. Its amazing how much you sweat when doing the plank.

I guess I have been lucky because until reading this post I didn't realise people were like that. I am guessing beach body is some sort of program (paid) they are trying to get people to sign up to? Seems strange when this site is free and gives great tools.

4lbs in less than a month is great.
-
It does make sense.

I didn't realise how important it was for women to weightlift. I then discovered how fun doing weights where and that I didn't get that female bodybuilder look.

Do not buy the food then you wont have the issue. I know that if the food is in the house I will eat it so I just don't buy it anymore. If you need to snack then raw carrots are great.

Shock Absorber are excellent. They go up to H cup and are very supportive. If you are getting a uni-boob effect then you are not wearing the correct size. Go and get a fitting. Don't go to a chain store because most chain stores don't realise women can go beyond a D cup.

I wear my heart rate monitor so take the figures from that.
-
I do but I only log the weight once a week.

I hate peanuts. Not too fussy on Walnuts but love all the others.

To monitor my health. Make sure I am not pushing myself too hard. To accurately monitor my calories. Its very useful.
-
I don't buy it. There is say 50 calories in an apple. Are you trying to say that your body uses 50 calories to be able to eat that one apple? I need some more evidence on that one.
-
I have just done week 3 run 3. Really enjoying it so far.
-
Its just an estimate. The best way to be accurate is to get a heart rate monitor.

Keep the note just in case he causes future problems (I sincerely hope that he does not). Do not talk to him about it. Its only going to encourage him. Ignoring him should be enough for him to get the message.

Thats a really good healthy loss. Why would you want to lose more? Are you eating right (balanced diet) and exercising?
-
Yep. And now I am at my goal which is a very good weight for my height I look so top heavy as they have only just started getting smaller. It is true that they are the last to go down in size. I have lost back size but only a little in cup size. Going to head to Bravissimo in a couple of months for a new fitting. Its…

Me too. I cried seeing the transformation. Watching a sad depressed girl become such pretty and confident women is wonderful.

I saw season 1. Scotties mother drove me so nuts. Its always everyone elses fault. She created that. He is a sweet kid but a teenager should not be behaving the way he does. Unless she changes then he will never change. Most of the kids will struggle to change because their families have such poor eating habits. Unless…

Good for you. Its a really hard habit to kick but once you do you will feel so much better for it. Even the diet stuff has far too much junk in it. I found I had headaches for a few days after stopping but once that was over it was easy.

Feel free to add me. I am at goal weight now but am sticking around for a while to ensure long term maintenance and fitness. Slow and steady is what I am all about. It took 4 years to get 50lbs off.
-
It depends how overweight you are though (I am just assuming you have more to lose than the OP because your ticker says 130lbs to lose). A person at 300lbs will lose 40lbs quicker than a person at 200lbs.

Yes its too much and unlikely to happen. 1-2lbs a week is healthy. If you want permanent weight loss then its a slow process. Most people who lose weight quickly put it all back on again. You need to look at the future as well as now. Instead of cutting out sugar cut out processed foods. The more natural you go the better…

Great post! Those of us who have been around a while know there are weeks you gain and weeks you lose. Its totally normal. You have to look at the bigger picture.
-
How much water are you having? How are you doing for fibre?
-
Are they just as good?
-
I agree see what the doctor says and then work on an action plan.
-
You look amazing. I love the fact you had so many excuses (many are used often on this site) yet you didn't use them and worked through them. You are awesome.

It worked very well. I lost around 35lbs in 6 months. I also gained half back once finishing. I lost the weight again simply through diet and exercise and it stayed off and now taken the final pounds off through diet, exercise and mfp. WW is a very good program but personally I don't think it worked for my long term…

If I do an AM workout I will have something quick and easy like a banana. I will then have my proper breakfast once I am back home and showered. I have found that I feel weaker and tend to eat more throughout the day if I don't eat before working out.
